Removable gangway D1.3 is designed to maximize both its strength and comfort .
Many test and FEA analysis have been developed so to obtain the best result.
CONSTRUCTION:
The whole construction is carbon fibre and epoxy resin, consolidated in Autoclave and cured at high temperature (>90°).
Lower protection are made out of POM, while pins and deck socket are stainless steel AISI 316L.
FINISHING:
Finishing may be C-LOOK, both clear or matt, or painted.
Transparent paint has ceramic features, so to maximize its hardeness, and it's provided with UV protection.
HANDRAIL:
Standard solution include nr.2 removable carbon stanchions, "S" shape of D=30mm, provided with deck pin hook.
A soft rope life-line of D=8mm and black color links stanchion's head.
Rigid handrail or different solutions are available on demand.
YACHT ATTACHMENT:
The standard attachment is the "bridge solution", that is with two deck sockets that guarantees a very high stability and don't need the side vent.
Available the "slewing solution" that has a single deck socket.
