MAST ANTENNA MADE OUT OF CARBON FIBRE

Mast antenna is a very critical element of yachts and megayachts because it must be:

  • with a cool design
  • as light as possible 
  • very stiff 
  • very strong.
Starting from customer design, our technical departement develop the feasibility and its laminate optimization working with a deep FE Analysis.
When strenght and stiffness are reached, all details are defined following all customer needs.

Construction is made with infusion technology, for the bigger parts and pre-preg technology for other components.
All elements are consilidated with vacuum pressure and post-cured at high temperature (>75°C).
