The superyacht removable ladder

ER.2 & ER.3 are LARGE DIMENSION REMOVABLE LADDER developed for yacht and superyacht.
Main structure is vertical or 10° heeled.
Standard steps dimensions are: 500x120mm ; 650x120mm ; 650x200.
Many customization are available on demand.
CONSTRUCTION:
Structure is made out of carbon fibre and epoxy resin, built with pre-preg technolgy, consolidated in Autoclave and cured at high temperature (>90°).
FINISHING:
Structure finishing is shiny C-LOOK provided with UV protection.
The transparent paint, thanks to its ceramic features, ensure a harder surface protection.
Different finishing are available on demand.
WALKWAY COVERAGE:
Steps walkway may be painted with a NO-skid paint of the same color of the rest of the structure or coated by teak plank of 4mm thickness.
DECK ATTACHMENT:
Deck pins are stainless steel made, AISI 316L, and they are provided with the pin-lock.
Deck socket, stainless steel made, may be both of bonding and bolting type.
