Carbon fiber hinges, engineered for the sea (and beyond)
Our carbon hinges are laminated in continuous fibre — not chopped — for structural strength beyond an equivalent steel part of the same size.
Being an epoxy-resin body, every hinge can be painted with the same cycle as your hull and deck, for full aesthetic continuity.
Mounted in view, they stop being the detail you hide and become the detail that elevates consoles, hatches and technical compartments.
Need something custom? On request, we also engineer hydraulic-assisted or made-to-measure hinge systems, in carbon, stainless steel or aluminium, for larger structures.
BEYOND YACHTING
The same properties that make these hinges right for a superyacht — salt resistance, UV stability, zero corrosion — make them just as suited to demanding outdoor use on land: exterior doors and gates, window and shutter systems, outdoor furniture and technical enclosures exposed to weather.
Same material, same finishes, same hardware — wherever a standard hinge would eventually rust.
FLAT HINGES
Our flat hinges are laminated entirely from continuous carbon fibre and epoxy resin, with a stainless steel AISI 316 pin for excellent corrosion resistance.
Mounting: screwed (countersunk holes), structurally bonded, or a mix of both.
Finishes: glossy C-LOOK, matte C-LOOK, or white/black epoxy primer — ready to be top-coated in your hull colour.
On orders above 10 pieces, custom trimming and drilling to drawing is available.

TRAPEZOID HINGES
Tapered geometry for a smaller visual footprint and a more sculptural line — three widths (74/84/94 mm), 39 mm height.
Same material, pin and finish options as the Flat Hinge range.

HIDDEN HINGES
Fully concealed hinge for flush doors and hatches — 50×50×60 mm, AISI 316 pin.
Compatible with deck hatches, bulwark doors and interior joinery, for a premium finish whether the door is open or closed.
Mounting: screwed, bonded, or mixed. Same finish options as the Flat Hinge range.
Customised dimensions available on request, minimum order 10 pieces.
