The SPORT LINE GANGWAY is a carbon made hydraulic gangways developed for midrange boat.
Carbon construction ensure a very high stiffness together with a light equipment.
Many test have been developed to obtain the best feeling while in use and its aesthetic has been developed so to give a
uncompromising design
STANDARD DIMENSIONS :
GANGWAY EXTENDED LENGHT --> 2,1M / 2,5M / 2,8M
WIDTH --> 550 & 510mm / 450 & 410 mm (first & second element).
BOX --> length 1850/2100/2250mm ; width 550/650mm ; height 200mm
CONSTRUCTION:
The whole construction is carbon fibre and epoxy resin, consolidated in Autoclave and cured at high temperature (>90°).
Pins and bearing are stainless steel AISI 316L with shiny polished finishing, where visible.
Housing box is aluminum black anodized.
FINISHING:
Finishing may be C-LOOK, both clear or matt, or painted.
Transparent paint has ceramic features, so to maximize its hardeness, and it's provided with UV protection.
HANDRAIL:
Standard solution include nr.2 removable carbon stanchions, "S" shape of D=30mm, provided with deck pin hook.
A soft rope life-line of D=8mm and black color links stanchion's head.
Rigid handrail or different solutions are available on demand.
